PharmaClient
The PharmaClient is a customer relationship management (CRM) system that utilizes the
basic information conserning physicians, doctors, nurses, pharmacy personnel,
etc. Moreover, it adopts DoIT methods of customer relationship and behavior. Its
interface is developed and tailored specifically for pharmaceutical business.
The aim of developing the solution was to offer for individual
sales reps and entire sales force an easy-to-use system ready for fast
implementation. The interface enables
gathering information so that it reflects the unique interchange between sales rep and
doctor. Furthermore, DoIT has developed the solution to be suitable for OTC
companies with, for example, on-line ordering forms.

The main features are:

Two dimensions - basic tools to handle daily routines and administrative tools
for user maintenance as well as tailored parameters.

Client search - search for practice types combined with different targeting
criteria
- Client information - basic information at level of a practice type or a company,
or open different views (Responsibility, Events, Hierarchies, and Memo for detailed info).
- Sales process information at individual level - gathered according to DoIT's
sales process concept, and both open fields (eg. Objective) to flexibly
gather information and pre-structured parameters (eg. Therapy) to help sales
process and to ease information.
- Meeting information - adjust/monitor detailed information about
representative calls and participants.
- Calendar - the right place at the right time
